Laura Zapoli – Office Manager
Dentistry has been in my life for over 35 years and I have enjoyed all the friendships I have made over the years with our wonderful staff and patients. I started with Dr. Michael Hutcheson as an assistant in my twenties and that position evolved into managing a staff of 9 employees and 3 grandchildren!! I am excited to help Dyras Dental develop and grow with all the technology that dentistry has to offer.
Nicole Beauchamp- Clinical Director
I have been working for Dr. Hutcheson for 20 years. I enjoy working with the wonderful doctors and the staff here and always learning and trying the newest products and procedures.
Heather Hammond- Financial Coordinator
I have worked in the dental field since 2000 and have been involved in many aspects of the field during that time. However, my passion is my current position as financial coordinator. I met my husband at a previous dental employer. My father-in-law likes to say "See, going to the dentist can be a good thing." We have 2 wonderful children and enjoy spending time as a family. I look forward to many more years at our office and hope to make your experience here as pleasant as possible.
Sara Hadley – Dental Assistant
I'm Sara, one of the dental assistants. I attended LCC's Dental assisting program and have been a dental assistant since July of 1999. I have been with Dyras Dental, or Dr. Hutcheson, since January of 2013. I love our patient base and I love how technologically forward the office is. I have two daughters, Makayla who is 18 and Maya who is 15. My oldest just graduated from DeWitt High school and will be attending LCC in the fall working towards going to vet school. My youngest will be a sophomore in the fall and is on the wrestling team.
Shanna Tomlin - Scheduling Coordinator
I was born in Louisiana and raised all over the South. The majority of my childhood was spent in Texas so at each visit you will be greeted with southern hospitality and an accent. I have worked in medical administration for 16 years but this is my first dental practice. I have always been fascinated by dentistry and even faked a toothache when I was little! I feel so blessed to be a part of the Dyras Dental family and I look forward to the opportunities that will come as we grow together!
Amanda Kroetsch – Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 2012. I have always wanted to work in the dental field since I was a child. I love helping people! The dentist office isn't everyone's favorite place to visit. I enjoy making it a fun or comfortable experience for every patient!
Jillian Garza – Dental Assistant
Hi! I am the newest member of Dr. Dyras’s and Dr. Hutcheson’s dental team. My work experience as Dr. Dyras’s and Dr. Hutcheson’s dental assistant has been a truly positive one. Both doctors are wonderful, caring dentists who take the time to listen to each patient’s individual needs. I am proud to be a part of such a friendly, dedicated staff. I look forward to meeting you!
Madeline Soria, RDH
I graduated from Lansing Community College’s dental hygiene program in May of 2014 and went on to complete my bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Michigan. I started working at Dyras Dental in September 2015 and have enjoyed working with the awesome team here. I love having the opportunity to learn about the newest treatments and technologies to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
Becky Durand, RDH
My passion for dentistry has encouraged me to be a dental hygienist, where I strive to provide patients with customized care designed to achieve a healthy smile. Seeing a person smiling and happy is what it's all about. I also enjoy helping people learn the connection between dental and body health. I love to learn and am glad I work for dentists who encourage me to continue my education. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, being outdoors, traveling and trying new things.
Christa Garza, RDH
I graduated from Lansing Community College's dental hygiene program in May of 2013. I went on to complete my bachelor's in dental hygiene with minors in public health and education from Sienna Heights University. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, I was a medical assistant and have been doing patient care since 1994. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a patient return to optimal dental health and seeing that smile on their face. When not practicing hygiene, I am a mother of 3 wonderful daughters and enjoy their various activities and family outings.
